The recommended rental duration depends on your occasion. For quick one-way drop-offs to a club, concert, or dinner, you might only need 1-2 hours. If you’re looking to celebrate and have drinks on board with multiple stops—for cocktails, photos, or sightseeing—an average rental of 3-4 hours gives you ample time to enjoy.
For events like weddings, it’s important to plan enough time for guest pickups, shuttling between venues, and returns at the end of the night; our vehicles can serve as shuttles throughout your event.
Important Note: From our experience, guests often need more time than initially planned. While we try to accommodate extensions, our high demand means we may not always be able to. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend including some extra time when booking.

If you don’t add an onboard bartender, we can take you to various local spots from our list of partners, where you can hop off to enjoy cocktails or grab a bite before continuing the fun on the bus.
One of the great benefits of our service is that we allow you to bring your own beverages, offering a more economical and personalized way to celebrate without the expense and crowds of busy bars. The ideal booking timeframe depends on the type of event you’re planning:
Weddings: Our classic trolleys and themed buses are highly sought after for weddings. Clients often reserve these vehicles well in advance—we already have bookings for 2025 and even 2026! Given our limited fleet, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.
Birthdays and Special Events: For occasions with set dates, like birthdays or anniversaries, we suggest booking at least three months in advance to ensure availability.
Last-Minute Bookings: If your event is within a month or sooner, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, confirm availability, and inform you of any current specials that may apply.

We have a total of six vehicles in our fleet, allowing us to accommodate a high volume of trips, especially with our low minimum booking requirements. Here’s what our fleet includes:
